iLinkEdge was founded by Michael Stankiewicz in order to provide Computer Forensic consulting services to legal and corporate entities. The goal of the relationship with the client is to provide the utmost professional service establishing a confidential line of communication in order to meet the client's expectations of data discovery and analysis.

Mr. Stankiewicz has over 22 years of experience and has held technical and executive positions within IT, Professional Services, and Software Development organizations. He is uniquely qualified in assessing and understanding complex IT issues requiring forensic analysis. His technical expertise is extremely broad extending from the development of operating system internals to his groundbreaking work providing enterprise wide Release Management solutions in an IT Change Management environment. As a software executive, Mr. Stankiewicz has built several multi-million dollar consulting organizations servicing satisfied clients worldwide.

Prior to establishing iLinkEdge in 2003, Mr. Stankiewicz was the Chief Technology Officer for iPayment, Inc. (IPMT: NASDAQ). As employee #3, he was responsible for all security, architecture, and technology for iPayment and played an integral role in bringing the company public.

A key element of iPayment's success was the quick technical integration of new data and technologies following over 10 business acquisitions. Further, Mr. Stankiewicz worked very closely with VISA as the first beta customer for the VISA Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) and with Federal authorities to protect the organization against international cyber-terrorists.

Mr. Stankiewicz's interdisciplinary background provides the perfect backdrop for his successful computer forensic work. Computer Forensics is often more of an art than a science that requires a view beyond the bits and bytes.

Mr. Stankiewicz has a BA, Mathematics from Hamilton College and a MS, Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. He studied Computer Forensics at the Southeast Cybercrime Institute at Kennesaw State University and has met the requirements and has received the CCE designation (Certified Computer Examiner) sponsored by the University and the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners. The CCE is one of the most rigorous testing processes in the field of Computer Forensics.
