Usually, after initial phone discussions and email follow-up, iLinkEdge personnel will produce an engagement letter which explains the series of events related to your situation. In this letter, we will clearly establish specific goals, time frames, and fees associated with the engagement.

Once this agreement is in place, iLinkEdge personnel will either assist or directly acquire a copy of the data from the identified media. This is the most important when chain of custody issues may be in question for criminal cases.

Any changes to the original engagement letter and the detail therein will always be clearly documented and followed through on.

iLinkEdge has established rates for its staff consultants and services are billed by the hour. We require an initial retainer for our work.
